Database Geologist

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from Geology.
Have a minimum three (3) years experience in mineral mining.
Have sound understanding of database management systems.
Have knowledge of geological databases and resource modeling software will be beneficial.
Proficient in English.


Gis Cartographer

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma degree from Computer Aided Drafting or GIS..
Has a minimum two (2) years experience.
Proficient in English.
Willing to be placed in remote area.


Waste Management Superintendent

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from Environmental Engineering.
At least five (5) years experience in HC & Waste Management.
Preferably experienced in Mining company
Willing to be placed in remote area.



DRILLING SUPERVISOR

Five (5) years work experiences in Drilling. Three (3) years in a supervisory position.
Work experiences on multipurpose rigs (R.C. and Diamond Core), with full hydraulic system, high pressure compressor, with at least 350 psi and 750 cfm.
Willing to be placed in Mauritania, West Africa.


DRILLING MECHANIC

Minimum three (3) years work experiences on multipurpose rigs (R.C. and Diamond Core), with full hydraulic system, high pressure compressor, with at least 350 psi and 750 cfm.
Able to identify, analyze and solve problems (trouble shoot).
Willing to be placed in Mauritania, West Africa.


DRILLING OPERATOR

Minimum three (3) years work experiences on multipurpose rigs (R.C. and Diamond Core), with full hydraulic system, high pressure compressor, with at least 350 psi and 750 cfm.
Willing to be placed in Mauritania, West Africa.


GENERAL MANAGER H.S.E.

Extensive experiences and proven skills managing large service/production facilities in the mining/civil engineering field, preferably involving remote locations.
Exposure to bulk shipping terminals and mining operations and their organisation structures to understand requirements and the key links between divisions/functions.
Strategic planning skills to establish and achieve long term goals as well as balance immediate work issues with future requirements.
Knowledge of the ISRS program, its implementation and management.
Experience managing substantial financial budgets.


HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER

Minimum eight (8) years experience, preferably in remote mining areas, and a proven track record in a broad range of Occupational Health & Safety management activities.
Responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of Site Safety, ERT and Training Services.
Facilitate Risk Assessment and Review of major works.
Maintain OH&S Safety and Training records and reports compliance with applicable Indonesia Laws and Decree of the Minister.
Fluent in English both oral & written.


ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER

Bachelor degree in Environment Engineer.
At least six (6) years experiences in the same position.
Fully understand in Environment Regulation & Commitment.
Be able to implement Safety Environment regulation for all social activities strictly.
Fluent in English both oral & written.


HUMAN RESOURCES & GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERINTENDENT

Minimum five (5) years experiences at the same level.
Bachelor degree form Law, Management, or Psychology.
Fluent in English both oral & written.
Experienced in recruitment, training & development, payroll, general affair, and industrial relations.
Well understanding about Man Power Regulation.
To be based in Gorontalo.


I.T. OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR

Bachelor Degree from Computer Science/Engineering.
Strong knowledge of technical competence in Operating System, Application and Networking technologies.
Good knowledge in UNIX operating system and process knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server). MCSE or MCTS is an advantage.


INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Bachelor degree in Construction, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least ten (10) years experience in mining company as superintendent/senior supervisor construction.
Fluent in English both oral & written.


CAMP SUPERINTENDENT

Bachelor degree and minimum eight (8) years experiences in national camp and catering contractor.
Capable in Contract Management, Tenders, Bids and Documentation.
Capable in an ongoing operations and management of a fully operational infrastructure.
Fluent in English both oral & written.
